ABS is considered the safest plastic for kids.  Tested in 2023 by a CNAS lab these have no detectable DPB, BBP, DEHP, DINP, DNHP/DHEXP/DHP, DIBP, DPP/DPENP/DnPP or DCHP.  Even so, I don’t think any plastic material should be in your child’s mouth.
